Our Promise
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Return Window

You can return most products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened honey jars, opened oil bottles, and live plants (unless damaged in transit). Products marked as "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@saerovan.com or WhatsApp +91 81308 48333 2. Mention your order number and reason for return 3. We will respond within 24 hours with pickup details 4. Our logistics partner will collect the product from your doorstep 5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the product

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI/Card refunds reflect within 3–5 working days after processing.

Exchange

We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different size/variant. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@saerovan.com or WhatsApp +91 81308 48333.
