We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies. During special promotions, free shipping may be available on all orders.
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched with tracking details.
We take great care in packaging all our products. Honey and oil products are sealed with tamper-proof caps and packed in bubble-wrapped boxes. Live plants are packed in ventilated boxes with moisture-retaining material to ensure they arrive healthy.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your shipment on our logistics partner's website.
If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@saerovan.com or WhatsApp us at +91 81308 48333. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
